PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY
We collect and process your personal data in connection with the use of our website blackseacatch.bg, the services we offer and organize for you, as well as the contracts you conclude with us as a user of the website, on the basis of Art. 6, para. 1, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
“CHERNOMORSKI ULOV” OOD is a personal data controller within the meaning of Article 4, paragraph 7 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
As a personal data administrator, “CHERNOMORSKI ULOV” OOD has an obligation to inform you about the processing of personal data it carries out, as well as the possibilities to exercise your rights in the event of unlawful processing of personal data.
What is your personal data?
Through the personal data you provide, you can be identified or individualized. Identification can be made from information obtained independently or from a combination of any other information stored and owned by the personal data controller.

CHERNOMORSKI ULOV OOD is a personal data Administrator who determines how and for what purpose it processes your personal data.
How do we process your personal data?
According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.4.2016, the Administrator is obliged to:
- keeps and updates your personal data;
- to store and destroy this data in a regulated and secure manner;
- does not collect or store unnecessary personal data;
- adequately protects data loss, misuse and/or unauthorized access, for which it provides appropriate technical measures for the protection of personal data.
The administrator has the right to use your personal data to conclude a contract with the company, as well as for the following purposes:
- creating and administering a user profile and providing full functionality when using the online store;
- accounting purposes;
- statistical purposes;
- information security protection;
- sending an email with a newsletter and/or special commercial offers (discounts, promotions and other similar activities), to the extent that prior consent has been expressed;
- sending advertising materials and/or product samples, to the extent that prior consent has been expressed;
What is the legal basis for the processing of your personal data by the Administrator?
The administrator processes your personal data, thanks to your expressed consent as a data subject, in order to receive information about the products, services, promotions, news, events and activities that we offer.
Sharing personal data.
The administrator will treat your personal data strictly confidentially, storing them in the registers provided for this purpose. Your personal data may be processed in cases where a state or municipal authority requires our cooperation in connection with various official proceedings.
Period of storage of your personal data and information
The Administrator stores your personal data for the duration of your user profile in the online store or placing an order "as a guest". The Administrator stores your personal data provided in connection with online orders for a period of 5 years for the purposes of protecting the Administrator's legal interests in legal or administrative disputes with users of the online store, and accounting documents are stored for the relevant statutory period.
You control your personal data in your account and can easily edit, change or delete it. You can request the termination of your account in our web store at any time.
Your rights and your personal data.
With regard to your personal data, in case you do not fall under any of the exceptions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.4.2016, you have the following rights:
Right to information and the right to receive a copy of your personal data that the Administrator stores for you;
The right to request that the Administrator correct any personal data concerning you that is incorrect or out of date;
The right to request that your personal data be deleted ("the right to be forgotten"), if the Administrator has no need to process and store your personal data;
The right to withdraw your consent to processing at any time;
The right to request the Controller to provide your personal data and, where possible, to transmit that data directly to another data controller (known as the “right to data portability”) (where applicable);
The right, where there is a dispute regarding the accuracy or processing of your personal data, to request from the Administrator restriction of further processing;
The right to object to the processing of personal data by the Administrator;
Right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission;
Future use of personal data.
If we need to use your personal data for a new purpose that is not covered by this Data Protection Regulation, we will provide you with a new notice requiring this new use before the processing begins and will indicate the relevant purposes and grounds for the processing. Where and when necessary, we will ask for your prior consent for the new processing. Changes may also be communicated to you when you visit our website.
Supervisory authority
All data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) of the Republic of Bulgaria regarding the processing of their personal data. The Commission’s contacts and information on the procedure can be found at https://www.cpdp.bg/. The above-mentioned Bulgarian authority acts as the lead supervisory authority.
