Ingredients
- A few spoons of white and red beans (equal amounts - about one cup total if you mix them).
- A small bunch of parsley and a bunch of dill
- About 1 and 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
-
Horse mackerel with onion and lemon, freshly marinated
- 2 tablespoons labneh
Preparation
- Mix the two types of beans and add the chopped dill and parsley.
- Add salt, pepper, and colored salt to taste (it's best to let the salad sit for a day).
- The next day, spread the labneh on the bottom of the plate, put the bean salad and on top of it — the marinated horse mackerel.
