We oversee every stage of the process - from the fishing boat, through the factory, and into the jar - ensuring that each product reaches you fresh, pure, and ready to enjoy. That’s how we preserve the authentic flavour of the Black Sea.

We craft our recipes with only a few carefully selected ingredients, allowing the natural richness of Black Sea fish and their healthy qualities to shine through.

We work actively with the Black Sea fishing community to make responsible fishing and sustainable, environmentally friendly fishing practices the norm. We dedicate a portion of our income, time and energy to projects that actually contribute to improving the state of the Black Sea ecosystems.
