Ingredients
• baguette crackers or bruschetta
• 150 g roasted pumpkin (soft part)
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 1 tsp garlic paste or mayonnaise
• a pinch of salt and pepper
• ½ tsp lemon juice or a drop of apple cider vinegar
• 100 g marinated classic bonito
• chili, sesame or pumpkin seeds
• fresh herbs
Preparation
1. Mix the roasted pumpkin, olive oil, and garlic paste/mayonnaise.
2. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
3. Cut the bonito into small pieces.
4. Spread the crackers with the pumpkin mixture, arrange the bonito pieces and sprinkle with chili, sesame or pumpkin seeds.
