Why choose bonito in spicy extra virgin olive oil

A little spice adds color to even the grayest day. Especially when added to an excellent boneless bonito fillet that swam a few kilometers off the Black Sea coast.

To blend its flavor and juiciness in harmony with the "birdseye" buttercup, we chose extra virgin olive oil from a family-owned Greek farm. A Black Sea surprise behind a transparent lid - because we have nothing to hide.
