Our opinion is that in the summer we wouldn't want to do anything more than go hiking in the mountains, set up hammocks at campsites, and enjoy beautiful evenings by the sea. And because we are practical people with priorities, we made sure our products are not just ready to eat without much fuss, but also super tasty and healthy.
Anchovies, horse mackerel, and rapana for appetizers when you're in good company. Black Sea salmon trout in brine, Anchovy salad or bonito in olive oil, when your backpack is smaller than your appetite and the store is an hour back down the trail.
