The classic Sozopol Lakerda has only three ingredients, thanks to which it has become a legend. We pay tribute to it with a perfectly balanced recipe, in which we use only premium Black Sea bonito, sea salt and pure extra virgin olive oil. The result is a true artisanal product - a wonderful juicy seafood taste in pale pink fillets, preserving all the proteins, Omega 3 and vitamins.

Tip: Also use the olive oil from the jar to flavor salads and dishes.
