Why choose ROPOTAMO?

We are reinventing the well-known Ropotamo fish salad from the recent past, preserving the best of the taste of the classic recipe, in combination with fresh, healthy ingredients. We take the excellent fillet of wild-caught Black Sea bonito, add a pure tomato sauce (only from tomatoes, salt and olive oil) and build on it with freshly prepared vegetables - carrots, peas, beans and peppers. Of course, the main character in the recipe is the bonito - cleaned of skin and bones, with a unique Black Sea taste. This recipe is our story about how, by rediscovering old recipes, we can turn them into a new Black Sea classic!
