Why choose Horse mackerel with onion and lemon, freshly marinated

On the occasion of World Fisheries Day (27.06) we chose to offer a different interpretation of the Black Sea horse mackerel. We marinate it in double refined sunflower oil to emphasize its delicate flavor and add onion and lemon slices for a touch of sweetness and freshness. This way we get not only an incredible taste, but also preserve all the beneficial Omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins A, D, and B12 of the horse mackerel.
