Preparation

1. You can buy ready-made pickles or marinate them yourself in advance. The so-called quick marinating is easy: finely chop the carrots, cauliflower, peppers, and celery leaves, pour them with the preheated marinade of water, salt, vinegar, sugar, black pepper, allspice, and bay leaf, and let them sit for 24-48 hours.
2. Once you have the pickle, cut it into smaller pieces and mix with the bonito fillets.
3. If desired, sprinkle with truffle oil or stir in truffle paste to taste.
4. Experiment with serving: you can serve it as a salad or on a slice of bread.

In all versions, it is a wonderful appetizer for homemade brandy or red wine.
