We create our recipes in such a way that with few ingredients we can preserve the magnificent taste of Black Sea fish and their healthy qualities.

We work actively with the Black Sea fishing community to make responsible fishing and sustainable, environmentally friendly fishing practices the norm. We dedicate a portion of our income, time and energy to projects that actually contribute to improving the state of the Black Sea ecosystems.

It's high time we rediscover our seafood. And why not our sea as a whole. But to do so, we must first change our perspective and truly get to know it. Our mission is to present you the Black Sea, its riches and Black Sea fishing up close and in a new light.

The photo exhibition "INSIDE", including over 30 photographs by Nedelcho Hazarbasanov, created especially for the occasion and entirely filmed on film.

"1% for our Sea" is our way of real commitment and long-term commitment of our overall work model to the protection and improvement of ecosystems in the Black Sea.
