Spring salad with marinated smoked bonito

Ingredients
- One medium lettuce
- One cucumber
- Radish connection
- Five sprigs of fresh onion
- Handful of arugula
- A handful of fresh mint
- Handful of parsley
- One lemon (juice of half for flavoring, the other sliced for more freshness and
- decoration)
- Sea salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste (use a different one than the bonito to avoid it becoming rancid)
- too intrusive fishy taste, as bonito is extremely aromatic
- and strong in taste)
- 1 jar of smoked bonito in olive oil
- For more freshness, we can sprinkle with two pinches of sumac.
Preparation
