Spring salad with marinated smoked bonito

Ingredients

  • One medium lettuce
  • One cucumber
  • Radish connection
  • Five sprigs of fresh onion
  • Handful of arugula
  • A handful of fresh mint
  • Handful of parsley
  • One lemon (juice of half for flavoring, the other sliced for more freshness and
  • decoration)
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Olive oil to taste (use a different one than the bonito to avoid it becoming rancid)
  • too intrusive fishy taste, as bonito is extremely aromatic
  • and strong in taste)
  • 1 jar of smoked bonito in olive oil
  • For more freshness, we can sprinkle with two pinches of sumac.
