Salmon trout and cream cheese bites

Ingredients
- 1 pack Smoked Black Sea salmon trout
- 125 g cream cheese
- A sprig of fresh onion
- Dill
- The zest of 1/4 lemon
- Black pepper to taste
- Half a cucumber/avocado
Preparation
1. Finely chop the onion, dill, and lemon zest, and slice the cucumber or avocado into strips.
2. Mix with the cream cheese and black pepper.
3. Arrange the salmon trout slices on kitchen foil.
4. Spread the cream cheese and spices.
5. Arrange the cucumber or avocado in the center.
6. Roll up tightly using the foil.
7. Leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
8. Slice like sushi and serve.
