“Pa amb tomàquet” with black pepper

Ingredients
- Country bread with sourdough or any other favorite
- Tomatoes – fresh or canned
- Canned black cod with capers
Preparation
1. Slice the bread and toast as desired.
2. Sprinkle with salt.
3. If you are using fresh tomatoes, rub the bread well with them until you reach the skin. If you are using canned tomatoes, use their juice to soak the bread and arrange the slices on top.
4. Finish with a black peppercorn.
