Black Sea bonito with Mediterranean sauce

Ingredients
- jar of freshly marinated smoked bonito
- spicy pickles
- kalamata olives
- marinated dried tomato
- red onion
- capers
- basil
Preparation
1. Finely chop the cucumbers, dried tomatoes, olives, onion, capers, and basil.
2. Mix the chopped ingredients and season with the olive oil from the sun-dried tomatoes.
3. Arrange the bonito fillets on a plate and cover with the sauce.
4. It goes very well with toasted slices of bread and a little butter.
