Autumn salad with smoked bonito

Ingredients
- Bonito – 1 jar of smoked bonito Black Sea Catch
- kohlrabi – 1 head
- carrots – 2 pcs.
- red cabbage – 1/4 small
- peppers – 3-4 small (you choose the color)
- corn – boiled
- fresh onion – sprig
- soy sauce
- lemons – 1 pc.
Preparation
1. Cut all the vegetables into thin julienne strips and mix them well with the corn.
2. Season them with soy sauce and a little lemon.
Serving
Place the salad in a small plate and top it with a bonito fillet. If desired, you can add popcorn and black sesame seeds to the non-traditional fish salad.
