Summer appetizer with bonito

Ingredients

canned bonito
- cream cheese 125 g.
- lemon
- dill
- salt
Preparation
1. Finely chop the dill.
2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, the bonito from the can, add the olive oil from the can (if you are using a version with your own sauce, add the olive oil separately), the juice of half a lemon and the dill.
3. Add salt to taste.
4. Serve in a bowl with toasted bread and a glass of chilled white wine.
