Pasta with canned bonito

Ingredients

Preparation

1. Cook the pasta al dente
2. Halve the cherry tomatoes; crush the cashews
3. Pour the olive oil from the cans into a larger pan and add the tomatoes and cashews. Lightly fry.
4. Season with black pepper and a little salt.
5. Add the bonito and mix with the tomatoes.
6. Pour in the pasta, grate some Parmesan and mix everything in the pan.
7. Serve with a generous amount of parmesan and a sprig of basil.
