Pasta “Veleka” with black cumin

Preparation

1. Cook the pasta al dente.
2. In a hot pan, fry finely chopped garlic in olive oil.
3. Add the entire contents of “Veleka” to the pan and stir well for 4-5 minutes.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Add the pasta with some of the water it was cooked in.
6. Stir well again until a thick sauce is obtained and remove from heat.
7. Serve the pasta sprinkled with Parmesan.
