Spring appetizer with bonito

Ingredients
- bonito – 1 jar of Black Sea Bonito with a delicate garlic flavor
- lemon zest – from 1 small lemon
- lime – the peel of 1 lime
- samardala – a pinch (if you have it)
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
- cream cheese - 200 g
- pomelo – 1 pc.
- radishes – 3 pcs.
- black bread – ciabatta
Preparation
1. Season the cream cheese with lemon and lime zest. Add a pinch of samardala and lemon juice.
2. Cut the radishes into thin rounds and the pomelo into small pieces.
Serving
Spread the cream cheese on a piece of bread.
You place the bonito on it.
Garnish with a slice of radish and pomelo. A great fish salad for a snack!
