Spring roll with black pepper and cucumber

Ingredients

jar of freshly marinated black pepper with lemon and spices
- 1 cucumber
- 1 green apple
- rice husks
- fresh tarragon
- lemon peel
Preparation
1. Peel the cucumber and remove the seeds. Cut into small cubes.
2. Cut the apple into equally small cubes. You can leave the peel on.
3. You also get a cold from tarragon.
4. Mix the cucumber, apple, tarragon, and lemon zest and season with the olive oil from the jar.
5. Add salt to taste.
6. Soak rice husk in water until soft.
7. Place a portion of the cucumber mixture in the finished rice crust, place a carp fillet on top and roll up.
8. Sprinkle sesame seeds of your choice on top and a little more olive oil.
