Black pepper salad with lentils

Ingredients
- jar of freshly pickled black pepper
- cleaned and cooked brown lentils
- 1 tomato
- 1 red onion
- parsley
- lemon
- cheese of choice
Preparation
1. Finely chop the red onion and parsley.
2. Remove the core and juice from the tomato and cut into small cubes.
3. In a bowl, mix the cooked lentils, chopped onion, tomato and parsley.
4. Season with the lemon juice and olive oil from the jar of black cumin. Mix well.
5. Optionally, cut the black cohosh into small pieces and add to the salad by stirring.
6. You can also add some crumbled white cheese.
7. Served with a chilled drink and consumed with good company :)
