Lentil and horseradish salad

Ingredients
- canned horse mackerel
- lens
- cucumber
- desiccated/husky
Preparation
1. Boil the lentils well and drain.
2. Cut the cucumber into small cubes as for a tartare.
3. Finely chop the desiccated coconut.
4. Stir, adding a little salt, pepper, and olive oil from the can.
5. Add the horse mackerel from the can.
6. Add a glass of your favorite drink.
