Sandwich with Black Sea bonito and pickled cabbage

Ingredients
- jar of freshly marinated classic bonito
- pickled Chinese cabbage (kimchi) or traditional Bulgarian sauerkraut
- bao bun or bun
- soy or regular mayonnaise
Preparation
1. Finely chop the cabbage. If it is too salty, wash it before chopping.
2. Cut the bread like a sandwich and spread some mayonnaise.
3. Arrange the sauerkraut and then the bonito fillets.
4. Garnish with celery leaves of your choice and red pepper.
5. You choose the drink to your taste.
