Fresh mousse with marinated black pepper

Ingredients
- jar of pickled spicy black pepper
- cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- onion
- orange peel
Preparation
1. In a blender, blend the marinated black cod fillets, a small portion of the olive oil from the jar, the yogurt, the cream cheese, and the onion until smooth.
2. Pour into a nice bowl and garnish with orange peel.
3. Mousse goes very well with fresh whole grain bread and good company.
