Fresh salad with bonito

Ingredients

canned bonito in extra virgin olive oil
- fresh spinach
- fresh onion
- fresh garlic
- cucumber
- radishes
- roasted pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds
- boiled egg
- apple cider vinegar
Preparation
1. Wash the spinach and radishes well.
2. Peel the cucumber, cut it in half and remove the seeds. Slice.
3. Finely chop the fresh onion and garlic.
4. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
5. Season with olive oil from the can or add some if you have chosen a can of your own sauce and apple cider vinegar.
6. Cut the egg in half or quarters and arrange on top.
7. You eat with pleasure and, if desired, share with loved ones.
