Classic tartare with black pepper

Servings: 6 – 8
Ingredients
- 100 g of black cod “Black Sea Catch”
- 1 egg
- 30 g pickled cucumber
- 30 g red onion
- 10 g capers
- 30 g fennel
- 4 sprigs of parsley
- salt and white pepper
- 80-100 g mayonnaise
- lemon juice
- crackers (bread) (Borodino bread)
- 2-3 radishes
Preparation
1. Boil the egg for 8 minutes in salted water. Cool it. Peel it and cut it into small cubes.
2. Cut the pickles and the black pepper into small cubes.
3. Chop the red onion, capers and fennel. Finely chop the parsley.
4. In a bowl, carefully mix the black pepper, egg, pickles, onion, capers, fennel, parsley and mayonnaise. Season with salt, white pepper and lemon juice.
5. Serve with crackers and thinly sliced radishes
