Variation of spring salad with mullet

Ingredients

  • 1 can of red mullet in olive oil
  • a few leaves of fresh salad
  • radishes one bunch
  • bunch of fresh onions
  • black and white sesame
  • Kalamata olives, pitted or others
  • boiled egg
  • the juice of one lemon

Preparation

1. Wash the lettuce, onions and radishes thoroughly.
2. Chop the onion and radishes, and tear the salad into pieces.
3. Arrange the salad and vegetables on a plate and add the mullet fillets.
4. Pour generously with the olive oil from the can, season with lemon juice and salt, if necessary.
5. Halve the egg and add it to the plate.
6. Sprinkle everything with sesame seeds, and Tsveti Boneva recommends adding fresh coriander to finish off the flavor.
