Winter salad with bonito and onion

Ingredients
- bonito – 1 jar Black Sea catch, smoked on wood chips
- onion – 2 heads
- apple cider vinegar – 1 tbsp.
- honey – to taste
- sesame seeds – a mix of black and white to taste
Preparation
1. Use our sawdust-smoked bonito.
2. Marinate pre-chopped red onion in apple cider vinegar and honey.
3. Sprinkle the fish salad with a mix of black and white sesame seeds.
