The vacuum packaging of this product of ours contains a carefully deboned, delicately salted and naturally smoked fillet of premium bonito, swimming freely off the Black Sea coast. Nothing more - but nothing less - than a perfect harmony of smoky and marine aromas, authentic taste and a fine buttery texture that only the richness of the sea can give us. Plus a bunch of beneficial ingredients, such as proteins, Omega-3 and vitamins, especially from the B series. An artisanal product, prepared entirely by hand!

Отличен и балансиран вкус, не е прекалявано със солта.На мен ми липсва малко повече опушване, но пък ясно е посочено, че става въпрос за "деликатно" опушена риба. Като голям почитател на паламуда, ще се радвам да видя и други продукти в листата ви: паламуд лакерда, веян паламуд( цяла риба), примерно. Успех на екипа!
