On the occasion of World Fisheries Day (27.06) we chose to offer a different interpretation of the Black Sea horse mackerel. We marinate it in double refined sunflower oil to emphasize its delicate flavor and add onion and lemon slices for a touch of sweetness and freshness. This way we get not only an incredible taste, but also preserve all the beneficial Omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins A, D, and B12 of the horse mackerel.

Очаквах повече! Рибата, сама по себе си, е вкусна, но лимонът в маринатата се усеща доста натрапчиво. Макар продуктът да не е по моя вкус, ви поздравявам за създаването му!

Сафрида е отличен, но...

Рибата е хубава, добре филетирана и осолена, но киселината в маринатата е твърде много. Ако се намали, ще балансира вкуса и няма да оставя неприятно усещане. Взех три бурканчета, бих искал този артикул да заеме трайно място в производствената ви листа. Ще опитам след време отново за да проверя дали има промяна в рецептата. Успех!
