Why choose Tsatsa in tomato sauce?

The tzatzakis in our cans come from one of the oldest farms in Bulgaria, located in the crystal clear waters north of Balchik with full traceability of the catch. In addition to its rich Black Sea taste, it is also unexpectedly healthy – it is rich in the most important vitamins, minerals, proteins and Omega 3 fatty acids for our body. To preserve its authentic taste and beneficial substances, we only blanch it slightly before adding a balanced and all-natural tomato sauce with olive oil.
