Great taste, zero worries
For thousands of years, the fish from the Black Sea was widely treasured due to its superior taste and extraordinary tenderness – a result of the sea’s low salinity. Modern-day seafood connoisseurs appreciate the fact that Black Sea fish does not contain any of the high levels of heavy metals (lead, cadmium and mercury) typical for ocean-caught species.
That’s why in all our products, the fish is the star.
Natural ingredients only
We use only premium quality, wild-caught Black sea fish, accompanied by only a couple of natural ingredients like extra virgin olive oil, spices etc – and nothing else.
All our products are free from any chemical additives, preservatives and colorants.
Good for you, good for the planet
More than 50% of our current products contain fish that is fully traceable, from the moment and place of the catch to your table. Our commitment is to reach 100% by 2028.
All our products are created using only green energy, and all our canned products are zero waste: no part of the fish was thrown away.
We work hand in hand with the Black Sea fisherman community to make fully traceable fishing using environmentally sustainable methods the norm in our sea. The projects we created and executed over the years include the largest fishing vessel sea cleanup and project to protect sturgeons in the Black Sea.
